Art dealers, interior designers and exceptional accomplices

“I had sworn to myself that I would no longer have a shop! And Antoine (Broccardo Galerie ALB) saw the gallery for rent, he did everything. “Philippe Sinceux tells us.
Thanks to him, if you are still looking for the spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this is the place to go.
Four years already since Alain Demachy and Philippe Sinceux created the gallery, soberly called
“Bellechasse’29”. You will find this "je ne sais quoi" with such a chic perfume that sums up this singular
“French taste” subtle blend of knowledge and freedom of tone. Push the door, if you like we will advise you and we will sell you. You will certainly come across the greatest decorators on the lookout for one of their latest acquisitions.
Philippe Sinceux, voluble, passionate and funny continues: “I knew Alain as a client, he bought me objects, we have the same points of view. I loved his Quai Voltaire windows.
I'm a dilettante- bulimic- jack-of-all-trades. I love everything from Louis XIII to the Empire, Alain doesn't let himself go like me, he tells me: calm down! It does not prevent me from doing, we self-regulate unconsciously. The fact of being two is more comfortable, we are not alone, facing ourselves.
Alain Demachy, the architect-decorator-antique dealer, who needs no introduction, punctuates: "There are things he buys, which I would not have bought, but I understand why and I validate... or not... .” Not an easy compliment and still at the helm, the old captain… He nevertheless said aside: “I have a lot of admiration for him! ".
Philippe Sinceux defines himself as a contractor,“a generalist who wants everything possible to create stylish mixes. We are also under the spell of people who come in to tell us that they like our selection of objects. A clientele of insiders, among themselves, with us we always find something a little curious, in good taste. In fact, we are a boutique of charming objects. Graff (François Joseph, decorator) tells us: “You are the last”.
